This legendary Island, together with
its neighboring island Rinca belong to the Komodo National Park are
the only place and home where the Komodo "dragon" still lives and
roams freely. The Komodo dragons are survivors of the prehistoric
carnivores that thrived in tropical Asia some 100 million years ago.
These secluded islands are dominated by wild eroded mountains and
deserted bays with fine pink and white sand beaches and spectacular
underwater world.
FLORES

Discovered by Portuguese explorers in
1512 who named it Capo de Flores or Cape of Flowers. Flores is a long
and mountainous island, with astonishing landscapes, rain forests,
dramatic volcanoes, deep ravines and picturesque villages. Ancestral
beliefs are still widespread in remote village, Flores has great
collection in megaliths and cult houses. Mount Kelimutu with its 3
crater lakes and each lake has different color water, makes Kelimutu
one of the world's great natural beauty.
LOMBOK
 
Lombok is Bali's eastern neighbor
island, which possess its own different charm. The Sasaks, the
majority ethnic group whose customs, language and traditional houses
are unique. An island with untouched beaches, craft villages and rice
terraces carved into a landscape stunning beauty. The Gili islets
surrounding Lombok are an underwater paradise for divers and
snorkelers. Lombok is dominated by majestic Mount Rinjani, the highest
volcano in Indonesia.
SUMBAWA / MOYO

A rugged and mountainous terrain
island, stretches between Lombok and Flores island. The restored old
palaces of the former Sultan of Sumbawa Besar and the Sultan of Bima
show traces of the early Islamic penetration in Sumbawa. Water buffalo
races and traditional boxing matches are held at special events and
festival times. Moyo island, off the north coast is a protected nature
reserve with abundant wildlife, fine beaches and splendid coral reefs.
ALOR

Solor, Adonara, Lembata, Pantar and
Alor are small string of islands off the east coast of Flores. For
centuries cut off from the cultural and historical changes. The
peoples are a mixture of Malay and Melanesians, some have Portuguese
features, share strong cultural straits. The Portuguese and Dutch
missionaries controlled this area from the 16th to 19th centuries. The
water surrounding this island are exotic and still vastly unexplored.
The crystal clear blue water abound in a myriad of a spectacular
marine life offers some of the most fascinating underwater world.
Scientist have confirmed that this region is the heartland of marine
life.
TUKANG BESI

As one of the world's most unique
diving destinations, the Tukang Besi chain of islands, south-east of
Sulawesi , could be considered as one of the " last outposts of diving
civilizations " featuring colossal drop-offs and magnificent coral
reefs. Remote and exotic, Tukang Besi was once referred by the
Cousteau Society as the finest diving spot in the world. An enchanting
world of natural beauty.
TAKA BONERATE

Spread over 2200 square
kilometers in the Flores Sea south of Sulawesi, Taka Bonerate is the
largest atoll in Indonesia, the third largest in the world. This
archipelago exists of hundreds mostly uninhabited tropical islands and
atolls surrounded by crystal clear water and lagoons. Many diving
professionals believe this archipelago contains incredible diverse
marine life. There are virtually no roads on these islands, allowing
remote villages and dive sites to remain untouched.
